At Grisport, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty that guarantees our footwear is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. However, it's important to note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear, inappropriate use or application, chemical or mechanical damage, improper fit, comfort issues, any prior claim on the original purchase, or product that was not purchased in New Zealand.

To ensure that your warranty claim is processed smoothly and professionally, we ask that you take the following steps:

Evaluate Your Footwear for Any Damage: Before submitting a warranty claim, we highly recommend that you evaluate your footwear to ensure that any damage is not a result of ordinary wear and tear or inappropriate use. Any damage that is determined to be the result of ordinary wear and tear or inappropriate use will not be covered under our warranty.

Return Your Footwear to the Distributor: If you believe that your footwear is covered by our warranty, we ask that you return them to the distributor from which you originally purchased them. Please be sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Distributor Sends Footwear for Evaluation: The distributor will send your footwear to our evaluation team, who have the necessary training and expertise to identify any manufacturing faults. The evaluation team will then determine whether your warranty claim is valid and will either repair or replace your footwear accordingly.

Please note that Grisport reserves the right to exercise our discretion in repairing, replacing, or declining a claim based on the conditions stated above or other similar circumstances. It is important to understand that the final decision regarding your warranty claim will be made by our evaluation team, and not the distributor.

Repair Service: If your footwear requires repair, Grisport offers a repair service through a brand-accredited repairer. Please contact your Grisport distributor for further details and pricing information related to having your footwear repaired.
